Conditions for Eligibility

The item must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact same pristine, uncompromising condition that you received it. It must be packed in its original YAFE luxury packaging, including all tags, labels, and invoice documents.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged/wrong item), YAFE will bear all shipping fees. For voluntary changes of mind or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return courier charges.
